Here in the South we are experiencing the ever-changing weather of winter. One day we may well have temperatures in the 70’s with cornflower-blue skies. The next day we may be watching snow flurries as they cover the shiny magnolia leaves with “powder sugar.” One thing never changes…we always have tea at 4:00 either on the verandah or snuggled close to a crackling fire.

I’ve set the tea table, the fresh flowers are sharing their fragrance, and the scones are in the oven. All I needed was a guest, and here you are!
